.9916 in singles led Pennsylvania in singles averages for 2002. It
is the first time he led the state in any discipline. Wellington
Patterson average of .9907 was second while Frank
Pascoe had a .9904 averages. Steve "Doc" Ollock
was the only other state shooter with a 99% averages. His
.9900 average was the 9th time he has had a 99%+ average, trails
Frank Little by one. Sonya Miller leads state women in
singles with a .9757 average, the 17th time she led state women,

Glenn Lash's 2002 average of
.9409 in handicap led Pennsylvania in handicap averages for
2002. Lash has led the state in handicap for 5 of the last 6 years. Ken Darroch average of .9362 was second while Steve
Huber had a .9303 averages for third. Kim Bateman led
all women in the state with a .9174 average. This is the second
time she led state women in handicap, the last coming in 1999. Kim
finished the year on the 27 yard line. 2002

Ken Darroch of Aliquippa had
the highest doubles average among state gunners during 2002. This
is the sixth time he has led state shooters. He now moves ahead of
George Newmaster and Bud Ross and now is all alone in the fourth
spot in the number of times he has led the state. Only Steve
Crothers, Frank Little and Walter Beaver are ahead of him. Joel
Etchen was second and Steve Huber was third. In a
remarkable achievement, Sub-Junior Stephanie Sandler led
the state women. This is the only time that a sub-junior has led
the state in any shooting discipline.
