Shooters from 15 states set Keystone Open target record as PSSA throws a record 404,200 targets.  Chris Vendel of Rochester, NY wins Keystone Open Singles title with 200 straight. Jon Logue of Ontario, NY wins Handicap title with lone 97. Logue was the 2000 NY State Handicap Champion and his father Thomas won the GAH in 1999.
