Stephen Ollock leads state in singles average for second straight year.  James Eckman led in handicap and Joel Etchen in doubles. Stephanie Sandler tops women in singles and doubles. Sandler sets state women's record in doubles for second straight year. Tammy Van Blargan Hensel heads women in handicap. 2,452 Pennsylvania shooters registered ATA scores last year.


                                                Singles

For the sixth time in his career, Stephen Ollock lead the state in singles averages with a .9892 average. His highest average occurred in 1996 when he broke targets at a .9944 clip. This is the first time in 25 years that there were no .9900 averages in the state. Tom Galligher led the state back in 1980 with a .9895 average. Steve Huber was second with a .9883 average. Frank Pascoe was third with .9874. Stephanie Sandler led the ladies with .9795. This is the second time she has led the state women in singles shooting. Belinda Pascoe was second and Sonya Miller third.

Handicap

James Eckman led the state in handicap averages for the first time with a .9304 average on 2600 targets. 27 yarder. James won the PA and Eastern Zone handicap titles this past year. Steve Huber finished second with .9301 on 3650 targets. Glenn Lash was third with .9270.Tammy Van Blargan Hensel took the ladies honors with .9060. Kathy Jurich was second and Krista Slagle third.

Doubles

Joel Etchen led the state twin bird gunners for the first time with a .9696 average on 2300 targets. Ken Darroch was second with .9687 and Steve Ollock third with .9656. Stephanie Sandler led the women for the second straight year with .9450 on 3000 targets. Lisa Long was second and Kim Bateman was third. 

      

                                               Composite

Stephen Ollock will be the 2006 Men's Team Captain as a result of his state leading .9584 composite average. Joel Etchen was second with .9576 and Shawn Kirsch was third with .9572. Stephanie Sandler will lead the ladies team with a composite of .9411. Lisa Long was second with .9333 and Kim Bateman third with .9181.
